International cross-border road logistics involve regional sort facilities, international transit hubs, and last-mile local courier depots:
- Continental Europe: prudently estimated at 4 to 8 business days following courier pickup from our warehouse.
- Island destinations (e.g. Balearic Islands) and remote areas: typically 7 to 10 business days.

They do not constitute guaranteed or essential delivery deadlines, as transit times may be influenced by circumstances beyond our control (such as local national holidays, border crossings, severe weather conditions, or seasonal carrier peak volumes).
Excluded territories and special tax jurisdictions: Online standard delivery currently does not cover overseas territories, island dependencies, or special customs zones (such as the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Azores, Madeira, or non-EU enclaves). If an address falls outside our standard delivery zones, checkout will notify that no shipping method is available.
How are European Shipping Costs Calculated?
Shipping rates are computed transparently and dynamically directly inside your basket and checkout at Cerama.shop. The final price depends on the total weight of your consignment and your specific delivery country and postal code.
International Package Weight Limit (Max 20 kg):
To prevent shipping damage and comply with international courier safety standards, our maximum package weight limit for deliveries outside Italy is strictly 20 kg. Bulk industrial bags (25 kg) or large 19L buckets are restricted from standard European parcel transit.
Tip: To calculate exact postage, simply add your items to the basket in the Italian store and enter your European postal code.
Delivery Inspection Recommendations
When your shipment arrives at your workshop:
- Inspect the exterior condition of all boxes before signing the courier receipt.
- If there is visible damage, denting, or liquid staining, clearly write a formal conditional reservation on the delivery docket.
